Group Product Manager · AI Product & Platform

I turn ambiguous AI capabilities into workflows people can trust, adopt, and rely on.

I lead product for Intuit's AI Experience Platform — the layer that lets 100+ teams ship AI-native experiences across TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and support surfaces, at 100M-user scale. Before Intuit, I led Local Search experiences at Google serving ~8% of all Search traffic. I still build and ship products hands-on.

Point of view

A reusable agent chat UI was once a flagship platform product. Now it's becoming table stakes.

In AI, yesterday's cutting edge becomes today's commodity. The interesting work has already moved past "how do we add chat?" The next product problems are harder, and they're about the system around the conversation:

That's the space I'm building in: AI products with deep platform leverage — experiences that move smoothly across surfaces, workflow automation, and AI-native developer experience.

From standalone chat to connected agentic workflows

Leading product for the platform behind Intuit's AI experiences.

The first win was a reusable conversational surface — themeable, instrumented, and deployable without every team rebuilding the same stack. The harder, more durable work was turning it into connected agentic workflows that carry user context, hand off across surfaces, and let product teams build AI-native experiences fast.

Product, design & build

A consumer product, shipped solo in ~3 days

Concept to production end-to-end: product, design, full-stack, and infrastructure.

An AI product for parents that turns the messy stream of school and camp information into a clear daily plan — what to pack, what's happening, what needs attention. Built to demonstrate hands-on AI-native building and real product judgment: explainable recommendations, a correction feedback loop, and trust signals — not just a wrapper around a model.

Local Search at ~8% of Search traffic

Owning Local Places experiences in a mature, high-stakes Search vertical.

Shipped visual discovery experiences, GenAI-powered Place Answers for long-tail needs, and EU Digital Markets Act compliance experiences, partnering with 30 engineers and 10+ cross-functional teams. Much of the craft was sequencing: aligning multiple feature teams around user value and launch risk.

How I work

I lead from first principles and stay close to the craft — hands-on from the first prototype to the roadmap.

01

Start from the problem, with a point of view

I begin with the original user problem — from data and research, or from talking to customers directly — then form my own read on it and the approach before bringing it to the team, so there's something concrete to push on and sharpen.

02

Hands-on, end to end

I stay in the work from strategy and idea through prototype, alignment with Eng and partner teams, and into the roadmap. With my PMs, I align on direction out loud, then divide and conquer so the team moves fast in parallel.

03

Transparent and direct

I'd rather say the hard thing early and plainly. Clear beats comfortable.
